Purposefully managed

A service relationship—not rented access to a template.

We recommend the smallest durable solution that meets the business need, then remain responsible for keeping it useful.

Included

An agreed monthly request capacity, ongoing maintenance, managed hosting, and a named technical relationship. Essential includes a local SEO and business listings foundation; Advance and Pro include ongoing SEO, reputation and review monitoring, and client-facing reporting. Commerce includes commerce-focused SEO and conversion reporting. These services are included within the selected tier, with the activities and reporting scope agreed before commitment.

Scoped clearly

The page count, integrations, commerce needs, turnaround expectations, and launch work are defined before commitment.

Handled privately

Contracts, project plans, credentials, billing, and delivery records are handled through agreed private channels. The public inquiry form collects only the business context needed for the first conversation.

Ongoing care, explained

Know what happens after launch.

Your scope names the website, locations, profiles, and data sources we manage. The following activities are included in the relevant tier; review frequency and priorities are agreed before work begins.

Establish the foundation

Essential

For a clear, reliable local presence.

  • At launch, review core page titles, descriptions, indexability, and business contact details.
  • Check business name, address, phone, and website consistency on the listings named in your scope.
  • Maintain the technical foundation and flag issues found during routine care. Ongoing SEO campaigns and a monthly marketing report are not part of Essential.

Review and improve each month

Advance

For businesses developing their visibility and inquiry journey.

  • Review local search visibility, priority page content, and agreed business listings each month.
  • Monitor new reviews on agreed profiles and flag feedback that needs your attention.
  • Provide a monthly summary of work, available search and inquiry data, review themes, and recommended next steps.

Turn findings into a roadmap

Pro

For broader sites and more involved improvement work.

  • Include the Advance review, monitoring, and monthly report across the agreed site and location scope.
  • Assess priority customer journeys and technical SEO issues, then maintain a ranked improvement roadmap.
  • Recommend content improvements and review-response priorities; track agreed changes against the data available.

Follow the path to purchase

Commerce

For stores with a tailored operating scope.

  • Review product and collection page visibility, catalog structure, and technical SEO within the agreed scope.
  • Report on available product, cart, and checkout data, explaining gaps where tracking is not connected.
  • Agree the reporting cadence, review platforms, and improvement capacity in the Commerce quote.

Clear boundaries

A plan you can understand and use.

Reviews and reports are included
The scheduled checks, review monitoring, and reports described for your tier are included separately from its requested-change allowance. Requested content, design, development, listing edits, and review-response drafting use that allowance: Essential 1 hour, Advance 3 hours, Pro 6 hours; Commerce as quoted. We estimate and agree work before it starts.
You stay in control of your reputation
Monitoring means checking the agreed profiles and flagging feedback. We can help draft replies within your request allowance; publishing requires your approval. Automated review-request campaigns, paid placements, and review removal are not included.
Tools and access are agreed upfront
Managed hosting and the tools we use for routine monitoring and reporting are included. Any additional paid listing service, specialist license, or advertising spend requires your approval and is priced separately. You retain ownership of your business profiles and grant the access needed for the agreed work.
Clear data, practical next steps
Reports identify the source and reporting period, distinguish observations from recommendations, and show when data is unavailable. Rankings, bookings, sales, and review scores depend on factors beyond the website; we do not promise a specific result.

Illustrative monthly report

See what you would receive.

A sample of the monthly summary included with Advance and Pro. Commerce reporting is tailored to its scope.

Illustrative example only. These are sample entries, not client work, actual measurements, or achieved results.

Each live report identifies the reporting period, data sources, work completed, open issues, and the next priorities. Missing tracking is called out rather than treated as zero performance.

  1. Work completed · example

Make service information easier to find

Updated service descriptions and checked the inquiry path on mobile. The live report would list the actual changes and separate routine care from requested work.

  2. Visibility · example

Show the source behind the trend

Search impressions and clicks would be shown with the period and comparison source. No account is connected to this sample, so no figures or trend are shown.

  3. Reviews · example

Turn feedback into a clear action

Summarize new feedback from agreed profiles and highlight replies needing approval. This sample contains no customer reviews or ratings.

  4. Next priorities · example

    Agree the next useful improvement

Review a priority service page and confirm the business details on an agreed listing. Estimate requested edits against the plan allowance before starting.
